Dance Music Production's Fundamental series continues, this time concentrating on harmony. Over 4 hours of video tutorials focus on the theory and practice behind the programming, production and engineering of harmonies in dance records.

The DVD begins with a lengthy course on the music theory behind chords, introducing the viewer to the theory on how to build any number of chords and their many alternatives (inversions, sevenths etc) and then proceeds to discuss how to build a progression from these chords.

Further sessions then delve into the production ethics behind harmonies, discussing techniques such as synthesizing pads and strings, the use of effects and processing, side chaining, compression, modulation and keying techniques to produce harmonies that work within a dance record.
