This agreement outlines the guidelines and rules for this forum. They're not here to give you a hard time they're here to ensure a smooth running forum. Please ensure you read this thoroughly before continuing. "I wasn't aware" is no longer a valid excuse.

By joining this forum you agree that:

1. You will not post any material which is false, defamatory, slanderous, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, religiously charged, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. We will ban any members who exhibit this behaviour and legal actions will be taken against you if deemed neccesary.

2. You will not use the forums instant messaging system to request or attempt to gain any information which is invasive of a person's privacy or provide information which is false, defamatory, slanderous, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, religiously charged, threatening or otherwise in violation of ANY law. We will ban any members who exhibit this behaviour and legal actions will be taken against you if deemed neccesary.

3. You will not post, or request, any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material.

4. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate to this forum and any posts we deem to contain these will be deleted. In severe cases we may also ban the member who posts them.

5. You will NEVER use another member's account to post messages or browse this forum. This is for your own protection should legal issues arise.

6. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you indemnify and hold harmless this forum, and any related websites to this forum.

General notes:

1. While we do actively monitor the posted messages we are are not responsible for their content and cannot warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information presented. The messages express the views of the author, not necessarily the views of dance music production. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify the administrator or moderators of this forum immediately.

2. We at dance music production reserve the right to reveal your identity (and any information we have about you) in the event of legal action arising from any information posted by you.

3. You have the ability to choose your username, please keep this appropriate.

4. You can fill out a detailed profile about yourself. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information we deem inaccurate or vulgar will be removed.

5. With each post your IP address will be recorded. Any member found to be using any software or protocol to disguise or translate their IP address will be removed.
