Payment/Shipping FAQ
I want to order, but how do I Pay? We currently only accept payments through paypal. You do not require a paypal account to use this feature, just select the items you want to purchase and click buy - the site will transfer you to paypal where you can use any credit or debit card to pay for your transaction. How soon after ordering do you ship the DVD's? We ship Monday to Friday but not over weekends. We always try to ship orders the same day, however, it also depends on the current demand for the DVD. If the DVD is in heavy demand it may be a few days before we can post. I pre-ordered a DVD, how long will it be before you ship? It depends on the amount of orders we have to work through and when you ordered. Sending products internationally requires custom forms and if these are not completed properly, the product is returned to us. Consequently, when we have a vast number of international orders to work through - it obviously takes time to complete all the relevant forms. How do you ship the DVD's? We use either Royal Mail recorded for UK deliveries or International Signed For. These are the cheapest yet best services available. Neither of these services offer online tracking but international orders are sent via airmail and both methods do require a signature on delivery. How long does it take for my DVD to arrive? Royal Mail Recorded and International Signed For are NOT next day delivery. Generally we expect a parcel sent by recorded to arrive within 14 days. Sending international is a different matter. Royal Mail pass the parcel on to your countries postal service to deliver so it depends entirely on your postal service and how busy the postal services are. Generally (and these are estimates!), delivery times to : Most European countries takes around 7 to 10 days. USA takes from 7 days to 24 Australia from 10 to 35 days. Will you ship via any other service? Yes, we can ship via DHL Courier if you prefer, provided that you cover the postage costs. You can contact us beforehand to request a different delivery service. What do I do if I haven't received my DVD? Contact Us! Whilst recorded and ISF are generally safe ways to post items, they are not tracked so occassionally parcels will go missing. However, we're not psychic and whilst we do keep all postage receipts, we cannot possibly check every single shipment to see if its been signed for so if we hear nothing, we can only assume it has arrived safely. If you have not received your DVD within the estimated times listed above, contact us and we can check to see if a delivery has been attempted or if there are other problems and if neccesary, we will send out a replacement at no extra charge. In order to keep up to date with the ever evolving music scene and technology we do not keep large stocks of DVD's and in some cases once this initial stock has sold out, they will not be replaced and will no longer be available to buy. |
