Over 4 hours, join us as we mix an electronic dance music track for commercial release. Staying in the box, and using many stock plug-ins you’ll learn how a professional engineer approaches and mixes an electronic music track. Starting with listening to the sample mix, this course walks through mixing the groove and dealing with the bass end. You’ll learn the importance of sub-bass and its regions, and how to enhance it if required. You’ll also learn how to layer and mix kicks, hats, cymbals, shakers, chords, stabs, vocals and effects.

With this course, you’ll not only learn how to mix but also how and what to listen for when working on your own mixes.
